Ahrex Flexistripper is a light and flexible alternative to a traditional wire basket. Instead of the traditional basket, this one has a plate full of rubber spikes. These rubber spikes are stiff enough to hold the line in place, but also soft enough to flex without resistance when the line is pushed out.
You fasten the plate around the waist with a soft and durable belt in stretch material.
A line basket is most often associated with sea trout fishing, but we believe that a line basket should be used more often, because how annoying it is when the line gets caught in bushes on the mountain, or slips away in the current.
