The Whiting American Hen Saddle is an incredibly beautiful and unique hen saddle that gives your flies a truly unique look. These feathers are, as the name suggests, "Black Laced", meaning that the colored feather has a black outer edge which is very effective in the water. In general, the hen's neck has slightly smaller feathers with shorter fibers and the hen's saddle slightly longer feathers with longer fibers.
