Winston Air TH - Two-handed fly rod

Winston Air in a two-handed version, Winston Air TH, a two-handed fly rod that has set a new standard in how a fly rod should perform. The Winston Air TH has a deep action with a quick retrieve and is designed for fly fishing for salmon, sea trout and steelhead. The rod has a slightly thinner handle to give you as a fisherman more feeling and intuition during the cast. In the same way that a 9-foot single handed fly rod is something of a standard, Winston has adjusted his well-known length of 13'3” into different weight classes to suit different fishing situations. Regardless of whether you as a salmon fisherman prefer to anchor your line a little longer, "sustained anchor", touch & go, traditional or mid-belly techniques, the Winston Air TH performs with endless different casting styles and offers you incomparable feel and performance in all two-handed fishing.

Winston Air TH #5: For those who need a bridge between trout fishing and light summer river salmon fishing, consider this class #5 fly rod. This grade #5 fly rod is the perfect choice for light lumps, tips and flies. Also consider this rod for larger flowing water with large trout where you need to cover a lot of water.

Winston Air TH #6: Built in two different lengths, 12'6" and 13'3". 12'6” is the natural choice for all round summer fishing for salmon and sea trout in slightly smaller to medium sized waters. 13'3" gives you a little extra length that makes it easier when you have to control the line on the surface of the water.

Winston Air TH #7: Also comes in two lengths, 12’3” for shorter chunks and larger flies, 13’3” for…well basically everything. The two different lengths give you as a fisherman the opportunity to choose the length that suits your fishing best.

Winston Air TH #8: Designed in two unique lengths, these two different lengths invite different types of situations. 13'3” gives you as an angler a long rod, but not too long - a rod that handles both skagit and scandi lumps exceptionally well. 14'6" is the rod for those who like to throw long-belly lumps and more traditional scandi lumps. A two-handed fly rod capable of casting rye far, in the biggest rivers, after the biggest fish.

Winston Air TH #9: A cannon for a two-handed fly rod and also the most powerful rod in Winston's two-handed series. Incredibly light and responsive, where 12'9" has the power to rod with the biggest salmon. Rods are made with a 20 kg salmon in mind and they throw the heaviest lumps and the biggest flies with gusto.
