Frödin Pheasant Rump Feathers is a superb front hackle for larger flies and a durable well-swimming "spey hackle" for smaller tubes, single and double-hooked flies . We also like to use them in combination with our ostrich shackles. This is to control the super soft ostrich fibers. These hackle feathers are very durable and handle fish after fish after fish... We have them in all our carefully selected colors. As with our peacock eye feathers, we have chosen to have these in both bleached in strong colors and more discreet speckled feathers dyed directly from unbleached hackle. We have packed them in bags with large and small feathers 20-40 pcs/pack.
