A minimalistic jacket that is part of Orvis' new Ultralight Wading System provides excellent protection against rain and wind while being able to fit into a small backpack. Most wading jackets are heavy and bulky, but Orvi's new grip to protect against bad weather offers better comfort, less weight and a greater sense of freedom. Combined with the other components of Orvis' new Ultralight Wading System, excellent protection from the outside world is created without adding unnecessary weight or bulk.

The jacket has good breathability, fully taped seams that increase the life of the jacket, three-way adjustable hood with laminated screen. It also has integrated "Dolphin skin" cuffs to stop water from running down the arms, rubberized attachments for tools eliminate the risk of damage to the fabric. YKK AquaGuard® waterproof zippers. Two chest storage pockets and mesh side pockets provide extra storage space when needed, as well as an inside pocket. D. W.
