Airflo Polyleaders are built according to the same principle as a fly line with core and coating and thus become an extension of your line. The butt part of the leader has about the same diameter as the end of the fly line.
Airflo Polyleaders also have an integrated loop in the thick end, which facilitates quick changes. The leaders s are durable, have low memory and built-in shock absorption. Polyleader is available in a variety of lengths and variants, adapted to different types of fishing.
Salmon/Steelhead - Developed to be fished with larger flies such as tubes, double hooks etc. The leader has a more aggressive taper that turns over the flies well. The breaking strength of this leader is around 11 kg. Used for both river and coastal fishing.
Polyleader 10 - Has the same structure and properties as the shorter series. Gives good roll-over and stretch with larger flies. Balances a leader tip all the way up to 15 feet.
