4.1 In the event of an exchange, cancellation or complaint, you as a customer can make a request for a refund. Such a case is initiated via our contact form.
4.2 To proceed with the refund, you will, after our approval, need to return the product to us. Once your product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the return.
4.3 If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. We cannot refund to an account other than the account from which the payment was made. The refund usually takes about 5-10 working days, but can vary between banks.
4.4 If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct from the exchange or claim value an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.
